It forced me to wake up to something most of us were never taught: our body isn’t the barrier to our success—it’s the blueprint for it.

Hope Pedraza is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Human Design Expert, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and the founder of inBalance, a holistic Pilates-based fitness franchise. She began her career in the wellness industry over a decade ago with a passion for functional health, sustainable performance, and helping high achievers reconnect with their bodies.
